To add css script to your blogger template is just to
Log in to your account using your pc browser
At the dashboard area just click on the design link and this will link you to your blogger layout environment
At the top left hand side of the environment, click on the template design link to take you to the template design page of your blogger website.
Note this may be that you want to add a particular desing to youe template or to the fonts
When the template design page shows up then click on the advance link to take you to your site template areas which will show like a window which you can scroll, yes scroll down to the bottom, click on the Add CSS and then add the particular script like this
