To transfer a file or a document that is written with other text editor such as Microsoft word, word pad, note pad etc to adobe pdf file format is very easy, just by launching the particular text editor that you have on your pc, then type or write all the files that you need to write. You can also open an existing one that is an existing document that you have already written before and the move this way.

First after downloading the software from the internet i.e the PDF file format software (example the primo PDF), install it to your pc and move to the written document or then write your document using any text editor on your pc that can print a file.

Open the document.
Use your control button (ctrl), and type or press control p to bring out the print dialog box. You can also access this dialog box that is the print dialog box by moving to the file and then clicking on the print tag in there and it will pop up immediately.

If the pdf file format software is successfully installed on your pc, then click under the Name to expand the print drop down arrow and you will find the pdf file format icon or option there. Then click on it and click on the ok button, then the dialog box will automatically disappear immediately.
That is not the end of the work yet. You still need to wait for the primo PDF window to pop up, then do the following;

Before the window shows, it will ask you to use the internet to stream online, then click no button to disagree with the request, after that then the primo PDF window now show.

Once the window shows, all you need to do is to click on the ebook icon or option shown at the top of the window (this is while using the primo PDF software to format the file), then click create PDF button.

Once the button is being clicked, then the save dialog box will appear immediately the you can now choose where to save the file on your pc, as well as he name you wish to save it with then finally click save button to save the formatted file.

After that has being done, if adobe pdf reader is installed on your pc then the document will automatically show, then you are good to go. You can now read your document as if you wrote it with adobe text editor.
